My long awaited HMHAS review… oh god this is a good one. The album is her 3rd record, unless you’re silly and you think “don’t smile at me” is her first record despite that being an Extended Play (EP) and not an LP (Long Play).. BLEH

THE rec cord follow s the same themes at that “Happier Than Ever” fol wed. that record is one of my fav s so you kn ow I like I t. she talks Alot about relationship issues that shes expierenced, specifically her struggling to come to t erms wth everying. She also talks about body iss ues and the time she had a stalker. Shes touched on the stalker story before in “NDA” but that was from her perspective, but “THE DINER” shows it from THEIr perspective which makes for very uncomfortable listen but oddly thats a good thing ?? ?. I also really love the produ ction on th us one. FINNEAS really knocked it out of the park here, tr uly .Also Billie’s singing is the best it has ever been, although I sstill want her to scream rock style.. maybe someday.. I think “BIRDS OF A FEATHER” is a tadd overrated, but I’d be lying if I said I dint loop for an hour one time.. every song just gets better and better after the last, the only track th at I can giv e a 7 would be “THE DINER”: though, its only lacking on production but for some reason I like how it is too.. idk.

Overall, very beautiful record, WILL buy on vinly someday.
